We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept the returns within 28 days of receiving orders in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Our customers are responsible for the shipping cost for any returning items.
If you decide to return, please email us at email@example.com and inform us that you are going to return the items, preferably with a reason.
It's recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at email@example.com and placing a new order for the new item on our website. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method if the return condition is accepted.
